Your vouchers from our previous shop have been fully transferred to the new shop. You will not lose any voucher – all codes remain valid.

How to redeem your voucher

Add products to your basket Select the items you want in the online shop.

Enter the voucher code at checkout Enter the code in the designated field before completing your order.

The amount is deducted automatically The voucher value appears directly in your order summary.

Code will not work?

Check these points first – they resolve most cases:

Check the spelling Enter the code without spaces and watch upper and lower case. Copy and paste is the safest option.
Check validity Some vouchers have an expiry date or require a minimum order value.
Already redeemed? Voucher codes can usually be used only once.
One code per order Multiple vouchers cannot be combined.

Error message A screenshot of the message shown at checkout helps us identify the cause.
Origin of the voucher For example from a promotion, as compensation or from the previous shop.

No. All codes have been transferred and work in the new shop without any changes.

Can I use several vouchers at once?
No. One voucher code can be redeemed per order.

What happens to the remaining balance if my voucher exceeds the order value?
This depends on the voucher type. Let us know the code and we will check whether a remaining balance is possible.

Does the voucher also apply to discounted items?
Usually yes. Individual promotions may have exceptions, which are then stated in the voucher terms.

My voucher has expired – is there anything that can be done?
Send us the code. We will review the individual case and get back to you.
