New direction for the Mi Flagship Store Switzerland

The Mi Flagship Store at Glattzentrum will close on 1 July 2026.

Xiaomi is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world and is continuously expanding its ecosystem with new, innovative product categories. Significant developments are planned for 2027 and 2028 – in particular the planned market launch of Xiaomi Electric Cars in Switzerland and Europe.

This development opens up new possibilities and at the same time places new demands on brand presentation and the shopping experience. To meet this future, we need a location that offers enough space for the upcoming product worlds.

What changes for you?

Products remain available Xiaomi products remain available as usual through our well-known retail partners across Switzerland and at any time via the official Mi Store online shop.

Customer service without restrictions Warranty processing, repairs and all services will continue without any restrictions – including during the transition period until the opening of the new location.

New location to follow As soon as we have news about our future location, we will communicate it immediately. We already look forward to welcoming our customers at a new place soon.
