The Mi Flagship Store at Glattzentrum will close on 1 July 2026. We are looking for a new, modern location that can optimally showcase the entire Xiaomi ecosystem.
Why this change?
Xiaomi is continuously expanding its ecosystem with new, innovative product categories. Significant developments are planned for 2027 and 2028 – in particular the planned market launch of Xiaomi Electric Cars in Switzerland and Europe. This requires a location that offers enough space for the upcoming product worlds and takes the entire brand experience to a new level.
What changes for you?
Products remain available Xiaomi products remain available as usual through our retail partners across Switzerland and at any time via the official Mi Store online shop.
Customer service without restrictions Warranty processing, repairs and all services will continue without any restrictions – including during the transition period until the opening of the new location.
New location to follow As soon as we have news about our future location, we will communicate it immediately. We look forward to welcoming you at a new place soon.
