As soon as your product has been handed over to the post office, you can call up the direct tracking link of your parcel either in your customer account under "Orders" or in the dispatch confirmation which we send you by e-mail.
The parcel has been sent but has not arrived at my address
First, check to see if your package was left with a neighbour. If this is not the case and you still have not received your order after several days, please contact us via the contact form.
