How do I change my delivery or billing address?

Whether you can change your delivery or billing address depends on the current status of your order.

Order has already been shipped

Important
Once your parcel has been handed over to Swiss Post, we can no longer change the delivery address.
Contact Swiss Post directly You may be able to redirect your shipment via the Swiss Post website
Undeliverable parcel If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. We can then either send it again to your desired address or process it as a return and refund the amount to your original payment method.
