When am I entitled to warranty?

The warranty claim applies to all defects that occur during the warranty period, provided they are not due to careless handling.

Wear and tear, on the other hand, such as a reduction in the performance of a battery over the years, is not covered by the warranty. If, when the defective product is inspected by the Service Centre, it is found that the defect cannot be repaired under the guarantee, a repair outside the guarantee can be ordered at the customer's own expense.
