When am I entitled to warranty?

The warranty covers all defects that occur during the warranty period, provided they are not caused by improper handling.

Note
Warranty processing is always linked to the place of purchase. We only process devices purchased directly from us - via the Mi Store Online Shop or at our Mi Flagship Store.

If your device was purchased from another retailer, please contact the respective seller directly.

The following examples are for guidance only and are without guarantee. Whether a defect is actually covered by the warranty will only be determined during the inspection by the Service Center.
