My device from abroad is defective. Am I entitled to a warranty?

Our authorised Xiaomi service partner only accepts official products that were purchased directly from us.

Warranty processing is always linked to the place of purchase. We can only process devices purchased directly from us -via the Mi Store Online Shop or at our Mi Flagship Store.

This also applies to genuine Xiaomi products purchased through other channels such as AliExpress, mi.com or other retailers. Since the warranty is tied to the respective seller, we are unfortunately unable to provide warranty services in these cases.
