How do I get my money back?

Refund to your credit/debit card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Orders paid for by credit/debit card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay will be automatically refunded to the payment method used within 14 days of confirmation of your return. 

Refund to your bank account 

Orders that have been placed too long in the past, ordered by invoice or in our store will be credited to your bank account.
