If your package has not yet been sent:
If you have noticed an error in the delivery address or billing address, you can notify us in writing (contact form) and inform us of the desired changes, which will then be made by us. You will of course receive a confirmation from us.
- When ordering by invoice, the delivery address for private customers may not differ from the invoice address for insurance reasons.
If your package has already left our warehouse:
As your parcel has already been handed over to Swiss Post, we can no longer change your delivery address. However, you can try to contact Swiss Post directly in order to control your shipment.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will automatically be returned to us and booked back into our warehouse. If payment has already been made, the amount will be credited to your customer account.
