My order arrived damaged

We pack all orders with care and do our best to deliver products in perfect condition. If your product was damaged during transit, please report this to us as soon as possible.

Please report any shipping damage within 5 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept damage reports after this period.

What to do

Take at least 4 photos of:
Damaged product - damage clearly visible
Packaging from all sides - original box, padding and shipping label

Submit a damage report via our contact form and attach the photos
3
We will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps
Note
We need the photos to verify the damage with our logistics partner. Please keep the product and original packaging until the case has been resolved.
