How do I return a product?

If you purchased the product from the Mi Store, you can handle your return in three simple steps.

Request the return
Notify us in writing via our contact form

Wait for our response
We will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps

Return the product
Send the item(s) back to us by post or return them to our Mi Flagship Store in Glattzentrum

Upon receiving the item(s), we will inspect them and then initiate the refund process.

Important

Products that were purchased from another retailer cannot be returned to us. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our Mi Store Online Shop or Mi Flagship Store.
