How do I return a product?

If you purchased the product from us the Mi Store, you can handle your return in three simple steps:

1. Request the return

First, notify us of the return in writing via our contact form.

2. Wait for our answer 

In a next step we will come to you to discuss the next steps.

3. Return of the goods

After we have clarified everything, it's just a matter of you either sending the item(s) back to us or returning them to our store in Glattzentrum.

Upon receivint the item(s), we will inspect it/them and then initiate the refund process.

Disclaimer: Products that you have purchased from another retailer cannot be returned to us.
