What are the costs associated with a return?

For returns, you may be subsequently charged the following costs:

• Postage: For the return of products, the postage costs will generally be charged to you or paid by you.
• Restocking fee: of at least 10% or a minimum charge of CHF 10 if the product has been opened or used.

However, in the following cases, the return costs will be covered by Mi Store:  

• If the product received is different from the one ordered
• If the product details in the online shop are incorrect
• If you receive a product that you did not order
• If you receive an incomplete product
