Solution options and warranty types in the warranty process

In case of a warranty claim, several resolution options are available. Which option applies depends on the individual case.

Resolution options

Free repair The original warranty period of the product continues to run as normal
Replacement with a new or equivalent product If a repair is not possible or not economically viable
Credit or reduction of the purchase amount Depending on the situation as an alternative solution

Warranty type: Bring-In

You can send us the defective product by post or drop it off at our Mi Flagship Store in Glattzentrum. Once the case is resolved, the product will be returned to you by post.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have my product repaired directly in the store? Unfortunately, this is not possible as we do not operate our own service centre. All devices are forwarded to our authorised service partner.
Will I receive a replacement device during the repair? Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement device for the duration of the repair.
