Solution options and warranty types in the warranty process

What are the resolution options in the event of a warranty claim?

  • Free repair (the original warranty period of the product continues as normal)
  • Replacement with a new or equivalent product
  • Credit note or reduction of the purchase price


What types of warranty are there?  

  • Bring-In
    You can send us the defective product or bring it to our store. After the case is closed, the product will be         returned by mail.


Can I have my product repaired directly in the store? 

Unfortunately this is not possible, as we do not have our own service center. 


Will I receive a replacement device for the time my product is being repaired?

We cannot provide a replacement unit for the duration of the repair.
