The serial number (SN) of your Xiaomi scooter can be found in three different locations on the device.
Important
Only the number on the side edge of the deck (format: 54321/BFAC1234567) is the official serial number of your device. The QR code on the tyre and the number on the handlebar stem are component identifiers and do not count as the device SN.

Locations on the device
1 – Chassis (side) The label is located on the side edge of the deck. This is the official serial number of your device in the format:
54321/BFAC1234567
2 – Rear wheel (tyre) On the side of the rear tyre there is a QR code. This is not the serial number but a component identifier.
3 – Handlebar stem (clamp area) On the clamp area of the handlebar stem there is a sticker with a number. This is also not the serial number but a component identifier.
Note for devices purchased abroad
