The serial number (SN) of your Xiaomi Scooter can be found in three different locations on the device.
Important
Only the number on the side edge of the footboard (format: 54321/BFAC1234567) is the official serial number of your device. The QR code on the tyre and the number on the handlebar are component identifiers and cannot be used as the device SN.

Locations on the device
1 – Chassis (side) The label is located on the side edge of the footboard. This is the official serial number of your device in the format:
54321/BFAC1234567
2 – Rear wheel (tyre) On the side of the rear tyre there is a QR code. This is not the serial number but a component identifier.
3 – Handlebar (clamp area) On the clamp area of the handlebar there is a sticker with a number. This is also not the serial number but a component identifier.
