Are there any items that I cannot return?

According to our return policy, the following cases are excluded from return:

• Products that are missing accessories
• Damaged products (with the exception of transport damage)
• Products where the original packaging is not present
• Hygiene products such as toothbrushes, razors, in-ear headphones, etc.
• Products used for preparation such as blenders, air fryers, etc.
